
Terms and Conditions
Booking Form: All guests are required to complete and return a booking form, either by post or email. This can be downloaded from our site.
Payment: We accept payment in Sterling by bank
transfer, or Euros (by eurocheque or direct to our French account). For bookings at short
notice we will accept full payment in Euros on arrival at the current rate of exchange. For
visitors outside the European Union we recommend using a currency exchange organisation which will
avoid bank charges in your country of origin.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This will secure your accommodation
and confirmation will be sent by email once this has been received.
Balance: To be paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of
arrival. We will contact you shortly before the due date with a reminder just in case you have
mislaid your information.
Security Deposit: We require
a cheque in the sum of £75 as a security deposit. This will be held with your booking
form and not cashed providing that your accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition with no
breakages. The security deposit can be sent at any time providing it is no later than 4
weeks before arrival. For late bookings a cheque can be provided at time of arrival.

Cancellation: All monies are
non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. For this reason we
strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance with appropriate cancellation clauses.
Arrival/Departure: The accommodation will generally be
available from 4pm on the day of arrival. If you do wish to arrive a little earlier please let
us know as this may be possible at certain times of the year. Accommodation must be
vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy condition.
Security: Brittany is a very safe area but we
cannot take any responsibility for loss of personal possessions and ask that guests ensure their
accommodation and vehicles are properly secured. If we need to access your accommodation for
maintenance purposes or to change linen we will obtain your prior permission unless the situation is
an emergency!
Services/Utilities: We cannot be
responsible for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property or
any other matters beyond our control. Should there be any defects or breakdown of equipment
please report this as soon as possible so it can be rectified.
Accommodation: In the unlikely event of a major problem
occurring, we reserve the right to change your accommodation. Prior notification will be given
if time permits.
Pets (Cherries): Dogs are to be kept
on a lead at all times whilst in the grounds as we have free-range chickens. You are welcome
to walk your dog in the gardens but we would ask that you clean up any mess. Animals are not
allowed on the bed or any of the furniture and should not be left unattended.
PLEASE NOTE: A security deposit of £100 will be applied for each pet and must be sent (by cheque) no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
